Workplace Learning Champions
The Work Place Learning Champions qualifications have been designed to provide individuals with the skills needed to become a Work Place Champion and boost the culture of learning within their own organisation.
NOCN Level 2 Award in Work Place Learning Champions (QCF)
NOCN Level 3 Award in Work Place Learning Champions (QCF)
The qualifications enable learners to identify and investigate future training and educational needs for both themselves and others within their workplace, develop learning plans and also assess the benefits of training that has been undertaken.
They have been developed with North Hertfordshire College and have the support of Small Firms Enterprise Development Initiative (SFEDI), the UK Sector Skills Body for Enterprise.
