NOCN Level 1 Award in Introduction to Health, Social Care and Children’s and Young People’s Settings (QCF)
NOCN Level 1 Certificate in Introduction to Health, Social Care and Children’s and Young People’s Settings (QCF)
The Qualifications are aimed at learners interested in a career in health and social care, which may include young people in school or college, people who are unemployed and looking for a career in health and/or social care, or people undergoing pre-employment training.
In England, these Level 1 qualifications will form progression pathways through Foundation Learning to support learners in their journey to gaining a required full Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care and to working in the sector. They can also be used to introduce prospective workers as part of the Sector Routeway training provided by Job Centre Plus in England.
