To enable the creation of courses with a spiky profile upwards as well as downwards for learners working at Level 1, the following Level 2 units have been added to the NOCN Skills Towards Enabling Progression (Step-UP) Qualifications.

M/500/5715 - Developing Customer Service Skills
R/500/5223 - Preparing for a Recruitment Interview
T/500/4811 - Introduction to Drug Awareness
T/500/5229 - Undertaking an Enterprise Project
Y/500/4767 - Demonstrating Speaking and Listening
