NOCN Level 2 Award and Certificate in Employability (QCF)

The following qualifications have been approved by Ofqual:

NOCN Level 2 Award in Employability (QCF)
NOCN Level 2 Certificate in Employability (QCF)

The NOCN Level 2 Award and Certificate in Employability (QCF) qualifications were devised to provide learners with the recognition of a range of employability skills, whilst at the same time building their confidence and motivation to seek, secure and sustain meaningful employment. The qualifications develop and encourage in learners the skills, attributes, behaviours and values that are needed to enter and succeed in the world of work. The qualifications are designed to enable flexibility for learners, allowing them to achieve the units on an incremental basis. The qualifications are accredited by the regulatory authorities and are supported by Asset Skills.

Yhe NOCN Level 2 Award and Certificate in Employability are endorsed by Asset Skills, the Sector Skills Council (SSC) for facilities management, housing, property, planning, cleaning and parking,as employability qualifications in the Qualifications and Credit Framework (QCF). Moreover, they have approved the NOCN Level 2 Certificate in Employability Skills as a full Level 2 qualification in the QCF.
