Training and Support

Once you become an OCN Eastern Region Recognised Centre you will be allocated a named customer support team.

Your Development Manager or Officer will help you with:

  • curriculum advice,
  • understanding of new qualifications,
  • development of courses and units of learning and.

Additionally, your Development Officer will be your first point of call for:

  • New course approval and the amendment of existing courses
  • Day to day queries about units, qualifications and process

Your Quality Reviewer will visit annually, or as appropriate to:

  • advise on quality procedures
  • review assessment processes
  • monitor actions and outcomes from the quality review process

Your Quality Systems Support Officer will be able to advise you on:

  • application for Approved Internal Verifier Status (AIVS)
  • appropriate training routes
  • and day to day queries regarding quality issues

A programme of training courses run throughout the year.
