Quality Process

OCN Eastern Region Quality Reviewers monitor Recognised Centres through a risk based systems approach, which allows appropriate level of support to be provided to Centres.

Once you are a Recognised Centre, our Quality Reviewers will guide you through the process and act as a critical friend to ensure that quality management systems are in place to underpin course delivery.
