Centre Recognition

In order to offer NOCN qualifications or to deliver OCN Eastern Region accredited courses you must become a Recognised Centre.

It takes 3 easy steps:

Step 1 – Contact OCN Eastern Region

You will be asked some standard questions regarding your organisation, your current systems and your specific requirements. You will be sent an Information Pack, which will include details on Centre Recognition terms and requirements, fees and other information. Start the process now.

Step 2 – You will be contacted by a member of our Development Team

Your enquiry will be passed to our Development team; you will be contacted to discuss your requirements.  There is no commitment on either side at this stage.

We will outline to you:

  • the range of existing Qualifications, units and courses you would be able to access
  • how to gain accreditation for your own courses or in-house training
  • how OCN Eastern Region would support you to develop new units and courses according to your specific needs
  • the range of training options available for you or your staff
  • Centre Recognition requirements
  • what you would need to do to meet our Quality Assurance requirements.

Step 3 – Sign up

If you decide you would like to become an OCN Eastern Region Recognised Centre, you will need to complete and sign a Centre Recognition Application, agree to our Centre Recognition Terms and Conditions and, with our support, agree Internal Verification arrangements.

The documentation provided will be reviewed by OCN Eastern Region against the Centre Recognition terms and conditions and Centre Recognition will then be confirmed. You will then be charged the Centre Recognition fee.

The process normally takes up to but no longer than 20 working days from submission of a completed application.
