Many employers are running or funding unaccredited training which is not recorded or assessed. OCN accreditation can be used to provide a framework which signposts individual employees to the training you want them to undertake, coupled with the benefits of quality assurance and transferable certification.
As you know what skills your employees need, we can work with you so that the content and focus of the learning matches exactly what you need. Programmes can cover all levels of employee training from induction to specific skill related sessions, including events for managerial posts. OCN accreditation is flexible so your programmes can be as short as one day or a longer module, with achievements recorded and certificated at every step along the way.
Accreditation can be used to link into and operate alongside other professional and technical qualifications, for instance, for team working or leadership skills or the development of specific topics you need at different levels in your organisation.
OCN Eastern Region will work with you to be responsive and innovative to benefit your workforce whether you are a business, public sector organisation or a third sector employer. We are already working with small and large commercial firms, the NHS, FE Colleges, Local Authorities and other regional employers.
